Description

This art project is a poetic attempt at tracing discursive connections embedded in the history of the Audain Art Center. Exhibited in the main window of the building, it was an exercise in the changing signification of text according to the distance (geographical, historical, technological and emotional) of its spectator. The title of the piece refers to a compressed URL giving access to an online sound file.

Because of its materiality, the piece is destroyed by its removal after each presentation, but leaves open the virtual possibility of its reconstruction. This website entry could be considered as a digital reenactment./two_third]
